We Are Proud To Welcome Samantha Lysk To The Team At Hoffman Family Law
We are proud to welcome Samantha Lysk to the team at Hoffman Family Law. Samantha joins the firm with a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. Her professional path reflects a deep dedication to supporting children and families, bringing both compassion and practical insight to her work with clients.
Before becoming an attorney, Samantha worked as a teacher, educating students from early childhood through high school. That experience gave her a unique perspective on family dynamics and the critical role stability and support play in a child’s life. It was this firsthand understanding that ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in family law, where she could advocate for families during difficult moments and help them move forward with confidence.
After earning her law degree from Rutgers Law School, Samantha served as a Deputy Attorney General representing New Jersey’s child protective agency. In that role, she handled complex and sensitive cases involving child welfare, working closely with families, social workers, and the courts to prioritize the safety and well-being of children. The experience strengthened her ability to manage emotionally charged matters with professionalism, empathy, and care.
At Hoffman Family Law, Samantha continues that mission by guiding clients through a range of family law matters with thoughtfulness and dedication. Her background in education and public service allows her to approach each case with a balanced perspective—one that recognizes both the legal complexities and the human impact of family law decisions. We are excited to have Samantha join our team and look forward to the compassionate advocacy she will provide to our clients and community.
